establishment, management and termination of the contractual relationship and business relationship; fulfillment of accounting and fiscal obligations; managing of controversies, distribution of online services, disclosure of your Data to potential partners of the Data Controller in order to comply with contractual duties.

RECIPIENTS OF DATA: In the limits related to the indicated purposes, your Data might be disclosed to partners, consulting companies, private companies, which are Data Processors nominated by the Data Controller. F. ABROAD DATA TRANSFER: The collected Data might be transferred to third countries, pursuant to an adequacy decision of the Commission or in the presence of appropriate guarantees adopted by the Data Controller through opportune and appropriate security measures aiming at Data protection. THE TIMEFRAME FOR PROCESSING THE DATA: We process the Data only for the period which is necessary for the fulfillment of the purposes for which they were collected (principle of limited preservation, art. 5, GDPR) or on the basis of legal deadlines. A control on Data obsolescence in relation to the purpose of their collection is periodically carried out.
H. YOUR RIGHTS: You have always the right to ask the Data Controller, by mean of a simple communication, the access to your Data, their rectification or their erasure, the right to restrict the processing or the possibility to object to the processing, to ask for Data portability, to revoke the permission to process the Data enforcing these rights and the other rights provided by GDPR. You can also rise a complaint to a Control Authority.

RECIPIENTS OF DATA: In the limits related to the indicated purposes, your Data might be disclosed to partners, consulting companies, private companies, which are Data Processors nominated by the Data Controller. Your Data will not be disseminated in any form. The Document on Privacy is regularly updated and contains the list of Data Processors and Data Supervisors in charge.
F. ABROAD DATA TRANSFER: The collected Data might be transferred to third countries, pursuant to an adequacy decision of the Commission or in the presence of appropriate guarantees adopted by the Data Controller through opportune and appropriate security measures aiming at Data protection. As a consequence, the potential Data transfer to countries located outside the European Union will be anyway carried out in full compliance with opportune and appropriate guarantees for the Data transfer, as the standard contractual clauses related to Data protection, in accordance with the applicable law and in particular art. 45 and 46 of GDPR, and/or in view of the stipulation of binding corporate rules pursuant to art. 47 of GDPR.

THE TIMEFRAME FOR PROCESSING THE DATA: We process the Data only for the period which is necessary for the fulfillment of the purposes for which they were collected (principle of limited preservation, art. 5, GDPR) or on the basis of legal deadlines. A control on Data obsolescence in relation to the purpose of their collection is periodically carried out.
H. YOUR RIGHTS: You have always the right to ask the Data Controller, by mean of a simple communication, the access to your Data, their rectification or their erasure, the right to restrict the processing or the possibility to object to the processing, to ask for Data portability, to revoke the permission to process the Data enforcing these rights and the other rights provided by GDPR. You can also rise a complaint to a Control Authority.

DATA PROCESSING MODALITY: The personal Data you provide will be processed according to the above-mentioned regulation and to the obligation of confidentiality related to the Data Controller’s activity. The Data will be processed both using computer tools and paper documents and in any other type of suitable tool, in compliance with proper technical and organizational security measures provided by GDPR.
